- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION-RFQ 70Z04120QQWU02900 - UPDATED�24 SEP 2020 Amendment 00005 is hereby issued to extend the due date and change the time for receipt of quotes for Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70Z04120QQWU02900 from Wednesday, 23 September 2020, 4:30PM, Eastern Standard Time (Amendment 00004), to Friday, 25 September 2020, 12:00PM EST. Be advised that subject RFQ is being amended until tomorrow, Friday, 24 September 2020 at 1200PM EST due to incomplete or late offers.
