- Special Notice Regarding the PACRM (N6134020R0082) Solicitation - 25 September 2020 The Government is working to address questions and comments recently received, which will be addressed via an amendment to the solicitation no later than 1 October 2020.� As an advance notice, the Government anticipates some of the revisions to the solicitation will address the following: Allow offerors to provide up to three contract references for considering in the Contract Experience and Past Performance factors; Allow offerors to combine the contract references submitted (up to three) to collectively meet the Contract Experience criteria; Revise threshold for Contract Experience to allow consideration of other contract experience with U.S. Federal Government Agencies (i.e., �not only DoD contract experience); Revise threshold �for Contract Experience to multiple sites versus four or more sites;���� ����� Allow evidence of an offeror�s current active facility clearance to satisfy the Contract Experience element re: managing Secret level courseware. The list above represents some of the most significant changes to the solicitation anticipated at this time.� It does not represent all the changes nor the actual changes to the solicitation.� The changes will be provided via the forthcoming formal solicitation amendment as noted above.� ................................................................................................. Pilot and Aircrew Curriculum Revision and Maintenance (PACRM) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Solicitation Notice This PACRM solicitation notice, Request for Proposal (RFP) is in follow-up to the pre-solicitation notice, sources sought/market research for the Curriculum Revision and Maintenance Contract (CRMC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Sources Sought Solicitation number N6134020R0082, and the E-2/C-2 Landing Signal Officer (LSO) Sources Sought Solicitation number N6134020R0056. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has the requirement to establish a Pilot and Aircrew Curriculum Revision and Maintenance Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (PACRM) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The PACRM IDIQ MAC will support multiple planned and unplanned procurements, which include the revision and maintenance of Navy and Marine Corps Pilot and Aircrew Curriculum. This acquisition is necessary to ensure continued currency and accuracy of various training program�s curriculum and electronic classroom systems to support training needs to maintain Fleet operational readiness.
