- NSN 4240 - 015298327 is for OUTSERT,CLEAR ASSEM. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for�105,000 EA.�This material will�be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The ""anticipated"" solicitation issue date is�25 September�2020. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
