- See attached combine Synopsis Solicitation W912J6-20-Q-0039 This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Quoters shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I and 52.204-24, and 52.204-26 with quotes.� This announcement will close at�5 pm HST on Monday September 28, 2020.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.� Technical and�past performance, when combined are equal to price.�In order to be determined Acceptable, the Contractor must be able to provide an acceptable rotating 15 day Menu as well as meet the delivery times established.�The vendor should also submit no more than 3 references in which they have supported�consistent delivery of meals/food for a similar magnitude of customers.�� System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
