Description

Solicitation Project 585-19-119 Upgrade Lighting Controls Construction at the Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structure and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Install Led Lighting project as required by drawings and specifications. This project includes: replacement of existing interior light fixtures to LED type in building 1, 2, 8, 10, and 19.������ Existing exterior light fixtures are to be replaced with LED type fixtures at buildings 8 and 11. Diming controls to be added within building 1. All work shall be performed in accordance with all current NFPA, federal, state, and local authorities. NAICS: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation - Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. Project Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. NOTICE: VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to Contractor records to assess Contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirements included at VAAR 852.219-10.
