Description

�This is a Notice of�Award of the United States property and Fiscal Office (USPFO-MS) Gulfport Contracting Office to issue a contract using 8(a) Sole Source procedures to SpecPro Management Services, LLC, Cage Code 4ZBH7, for Logistics and Transportation Support Services at Gulfport, MS.� The NAICS Code is 541614, with a small business standard size of $16.5 million.� In accordance with FAR subpart 19.8 and DFARS subpart 219.8, the Small Business Administration (SBA) District Office of Seattle, WA has authorized the USPFO-MS Gulfport Contracting Office to negotiate directly with SpecPro Management Services, LLC for an 8(a) Sole Source award.� The purpose of this contract is to perform Logistics functions for Base Supply and TMO offices. This includes Stock control, Equipment management, Mission Capable Asset Management (MICAP), Repair Cycle Management, Demand Processing, Inventory Management, Material Handling, Management and Reporting, Packing and Crating, Shipping and Receiving, and Pickup and Delivery.� It is in the best interest of the government to acquire the service using 8(a) Sole Source procedures and to determine the price fair and reasonable based on comparison of the proposed price with prices found reasonable of previous purchases.�� Brian Davis, brian.m.davis22.mil@mail.mil .
