The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) SOW�s includes furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, devices, tools, materials, transportation, services, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements to perform all operations in conjunction with the efforts to accomplish the work. Amendment 0001 posted on 4SEP2020 Amendment 0002 posted on 14SEP2020 IFB W912PQ-20-B-0001 - Project 11441147: Re-roofing Project 6900 Thompson Road Syracuse, NY 13211 and Rochester Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)-C Re-roofing Project 1500 East Henrietta Road Rochester, NY. The magnitude of this�project�is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Set Aside: 100 % Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 36.213-3 Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures. The anticipated contract duration is 180 days after Notice to Proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238160, with a business size standard of $16,500,000.00. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states �By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees�.� The Site visit will be conducted on September 1, 2020 1:00PM ET at the Rochester Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)-C Re-roofing Project 1500 East Henrietta Road Rochester, NY .
