- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number is Gray Water Tanks & Hand Wash Stations for WFX 21-2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, DFARS Change 8/31/2020. ��The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991, Portable toilet renting and/or servicing size standard $8M. This requirement is unrestricted. NOTE-funds are not currently available for this purchase and award is contingent upon the availability of FY 21 funds.
