- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Patient Lift Services for the New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange and Lyons Campuses located at: East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Ave East Orange, NJ 07018-1023 Lyons Campus 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NY 07939-5001 The VA anticipates posting a Small Business Set-Aside IDIQ RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about October 9, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. Classification Code: J065. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24220Q1042 Anticipated Closing Response Date: October 19, 2020 Period of Performance: November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021, with four subsequent option years Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision of a certified-licensed technician to perform preventive maintenance and call-back repairs for equipment and associated tracks noted below at each facility. Vendor shall provide one annual preventive maintenance inspection (August of each year), replace parts (includes everything except batteries). Additionally, up to 50 emergency/unscheduled service call visits (to include parts/installation (excludes batteries)) will be required for each site. Number of emergency/unscheduled service call visits shall be no less than 20 and above 500 calls for the total contract (base pule four years). Response to emergency/unscheduled service call visits shall be within 24-hours of notification. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency.
