Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 15B51421Q00000001 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is for FCI Seagoville Outside Warehouse Elevator Repair, in accordance with the work described in the attached Statement of Work.� This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. �� The NAICS for this requirement is 238290. Quotes will be FOB destination (no fuel surcharges will be accepted). Place of performance will be Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Seagoville, 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas� 75159. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price.� The Government will award to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government.� The date and time for receipt of quotes is October 27, 2020 at 4:00 PM CST.� Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.� Quotes must indicate solicitation number 15B51421Q00000001, time specified for receipt of offer, name, address and telephone number of offer, technical description of the items being quoted in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation, terms of any expressed warranty, price and any discount terms.� Quotes must include acknowledgment of all amendments, if any.
