Description: This solicitation will be for the construction of an Airman Training Cernter (ATC) Dormitory and Dining/Classroom Facility (DCF).The ATC is approximately 280,000 Gross Square Feet (GSF) that houses 1,248 Trainees and the DCF is approximately 100,000 GSF and will serve approximately 2,500 recruits.� The magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The Government anticipates soliciting this action on or about 31 October 2020.
