- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Phoenix Rearing Facility in Phoenix, Arizona, intends to use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures to �secure a single �award ��three year IDIQ contract to supply�Vegetable Glycerin, USP, in 275-gallon poly totes (also called shuttles), in steel cages, to the �Phoenix AZ area in support of the agencies Navel Orangeworm (NOW) program.� Navel Orangeworm is a significant pest of tree nuts, this item will support an effort to develop and implement sterile insect technique (SIT) against that pest. ��The activity will seek Vegetable�Glycerin USP, in 275-gallon totes among other specifications. 12 totes are required, 3 totes per shipment every three months. �This procurement will be a small business set-aside per NAICS: 325611 Glycerin, natural.
