- 10-16-2020 Amendment 0001 - Bid Opening Date extended to Oct 30th.� 9-23-2020 Solicitation posted to Beta.SAM with a virtual bid close date of 23 Oct 2020 at 14:00. See Section L for Virtual bid submission instructions.� The proposed contract is for facility maintenance of Defense Logistics Agency facilities located at Naval Base San Diego and Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California.� The scope of the work includes preventative and periodic maintenance,� repairs, custodial service,� painting, troubleshooting existing systems, servicing existing operations,� emergency repair and services, HVAC service and repair, grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, pest control and facility maintenance, to include limited construction activities not to exceed $50,000.00.� The duration of proposed contract is for 1 base year and 4 options years. ��The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 - Facilities Support Services.� This acquisition is set aside for 8(a) business development program participants only.� �The estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. �Award will be based on Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14, Sealed Bidding, where the contracting officer shall make a contract award to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation.�� It is anticipated that award will be made within 90 calendar days after bid opening.��See revised Site Visit information above and attachments. All are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process.
