- Page 1 of 2 CONTINUATION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 620-18-109; Replace Building 17 Sprinklers at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus, Montrose, NY 10548. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the Contractor shall furnish materials, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish the work as described in the contract drawings, specifications specified herein and comply with VA specification and VA regulations, procedures and conditions for work at the medical center and any applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies for 620-18-109 Replace Building 17 Sprinkler System at the Montrose Campus of the Hudson Valley Healthcare System, New York. The contract completion time is Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Prospective contractors must be registered and certified in the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) VetBiz Registry database prior to submitting a bid: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Bids will only be accepted from SDVOSBs that are determined to be responsible and responsive contractors. Prospective contractors must be approved under NAICS Code 238220, size standard of $15 Million. The cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A bid bond will be required, and performance and payment bonds will be required upon award of contract. The solicitation will be released on or around October 20, 2020. The bid submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. Specifications and plans will be available for download from the Contract Opportunities website at www.beta.SAM.gov Amendments to this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website as well. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the time of bid closing. All bid submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
