Description

ACC-RSA will host its next Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) session on 16 November 2020, starting at 0900 hours CST.� This session provides an excellent opportunity for members of Industry to ask questions of the Senior Contracting Officials and ACC RSA Mission Partners in support of the various portfolios supported by ACC-RSA at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.� However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this upcoming PALT session will not be in-person; rather, it will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.� The session will include ACC-RSA, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, PEO IEW&S, SMDC and CCDC contracting and program management senior leaders. In order to attend this virtual session, individuals must R.S.V.P. via the following email address no later than (NLT) 3 November 2020: usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-palt@mail.mil Since this is ACC-RSA's initial virtual PALT session, and given the fact that we are anticipating a large number of attendees, we are requesting questions on specific programs and procurements be submitted in advance as part of the RSVP process.� Questions must be provided NLT 3 Nov to afford sufficient time to prepare responses and process required access to the PALT session.� In the interest of both time and efficiency, we will not be taking interactive questions during this first virtual session.� Conducting real time question and answer exchange is being considered for future virtual PALT sessions.� With regards to future PALT sessions, ACC-RSA will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will provide information via the beta.sam.gov website.� Ensuring the safety of our ACC-RSA workforce, our Mission Partners Activity counterparts and our Industry partners will remain our top priority.
