- Description
- Engineering and Design Services are required for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Fire Protection Design and Engineering Services for Projects throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic's Area of Responsibility (AOR). These services will be procured in accordance with 40 United States Code (USC) Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. Work under the contract is anticipated to occur primarily at NAVFAC MIDLANT Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. However, work may be included throughout the Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic AOR and NAVFAC worldwide (rare occasion).
