- Description
- OH AE IDIQ Questions from Industry after 10.02.2020 Are firm already had submitted for both the Architectural Ohio IDIQ (CB Design Group) and the MEP Ohio IDIQ (Bravo Zulu JV, a CB Design/ CFR Engineering SDVOSB JV) for the original due dates. I then saw the updates from Friday, Oct 2nd that the due date for both has been moved to November 2nd. Our submissions meet the updated requirements, address all of the requested information and are below the page threshold. Do we need to resubmit these for Nov 2nd or will you utilize and review our current submissions? Please advise and thank you for your time? (AE &M EP) Answer: Any firm that has already submitted has three options: 1) Submit a modification to the original submission to take advantage of the revised requirements. 2) Request to withdraw the original submission and provide an entirely new submission. 3) Let stand the original submission without modification or withdrawal/resubmission. RDC/JPA previously submitted a 330 for solicitation 36C25019R0080 on September 21, 2020. Today, I see a modification has been issued on beta.sam.gov. Are the 330s we submitted on 9/21 still valid for consideration or do you require new ones to be submitted? I apologize I am not clear on the changes that have occurred. Any clarification you can provide would be very helpful. (AE) Answer: Any firm that has already submitted has three options: 1) Submit a modification to the original submission to take advantage of the revised requirements. 2) Request to withdraw the original submission and provide an entirely new submission. 3) Let stand the original submission without modification or withdrawal/resubmission. Does the 100 page limit include the CPARS and any letters of recommendation? Is the Google driving map that is required also part of the 100 page limit? Thanks you for your clarification. (MEP) Answer: Neither the CPARS, letters of recommendation nor Google Map printout count toward the 100 page maximum limit. Please note that we would like to withdraw and resubmit our response to OHIO AE IDIQ 36C25019R0080 to incorporate the recent amendment. (AE) Answer: Any firm who has already submitted a SF330 qualification packages is permitted to withdraw the original submission and it will be returned. Above Group | JPA Joint Venture submitted a SF330 response to the 36C25019R0080 VISN 10 IDIQ Solicitation that was due on September 21, 2020. We have not heard anything in response to this submission. We are now seeing changes have been made October 2, 2020. Can you please verify whether our first submission was received and if we need to resubmit to the new guidelines that are in place for the submission due November 2nd? (AE) Answer: Your submission has been received and due to the issuance of a modification to the pre-solicitation announcement all firms who have already submitted a qualification package have three options: 1) Submit a modification to the original submission to take advantage of the revised requirements. 2) Request to withdraw the original submission and provide an entirely new submission. 3) Let stand the original submission without modification or withdrawal/resubmission. Good morning, We received notification that the due date for this SF330 has been extended to Nov 2nd.
