This is modification 005 to the solicitation, Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology (IT) Solutions (AEGIS) Request for Proposal (RFP), posted on September 25, 2020.� You are notified that the following changes are made:��Amendment 003 to the RFP�provides answers to industry questions on the AEGIS RFP, incorporates changes to the RFP associated with these industry questions, and incorporates several additional changes to RFP documents. �� Please see the ""AEGIS RFP�Amendments 003 Documents""�in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation. Future amendment(s) are anticipated to be issued as additional Industry questions are reviewed and dispositioned. The due date for responses is not�extended. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.� The NAICS Code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, and the small business size standard is $30 million. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.��Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). ************** This is�modification� 001 to the solicitation entitled Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology (IT) Solutions (AEGIS), 80JSC020R0039, which was posted on 9/25/2020.� This modification is to provide Offerors with information regarding the AEIGS Pre-Proposal Conference as follows: NASA ADVANCED ENTERPRISE GLOBAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SOLUTIONS (AEGIS) VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE �A virtual preproposal conference will be held as indicated below: ����������� Date:� Wednesday, September 30, 2020 ����������� Time:� 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) ����������� Other Information:�� TEAMS meeting invitation will be sent after registration is complete 2.� Offerors are required to monitor the Procurement Solicitation website for any changes to the date or time of the conference. 3.� Attendance at the virtual Pre-proposal Conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation. 4.� Registration required:� Offerors, individuals, or interested parties who plan to attend the virtual Pre-proposal Conference must provide the Contracting Officer in writing, via email by Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 12 noon Central Time, to michelle.l.berdux@nasa.gov and keith.d.hutto@nasa.gov, the following information: the full name of the attendee(s), identification of nationality (U.S. or specify other nation citizenship), Lawful Permanent Resident Numbers in the case of foreign nationals, affiliation and full office address/phone number and company email. Due to virtual forum limitations, representation of any potential Offeror may not exceed five (5) logins per Offeror. Any �lobbying firm or lobbyist� as defined in 2 U.S.C. 1602(9) and (10), or any Offeror represented by a lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 shall be specifically identified. It is highly recommended that at least 1 company attendee be a pricing analyst. 5.� Any answers provided during the virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be unofficial. Written questions may be submitted to the Contracting Officer as described on the acquisition website. Official responses to written questions received by the Contracting Officer will be posted to the acquisition website. Questions, together with the Government�s response, will be transmitted to all solicitation recipients via the Government-wide point of entry (GPE). In addition, conference materials for the virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be made available to all potential Offerors via the GPE using the https://beta.sam.gov/ website and the AEGIS Contract website at: https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/aegis/. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.�� Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). ******************** This is a solicitation issued by NASA/JSC for Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology (IT) Solutions (AEGIS), 80JSC020R0039.� The AEGIS Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents are attached. The due date for proposals is October 30, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., Central Time. This is the follow-on competition to the contract requirements for the NASA Integrated Communications Services (NICS) contract.� The work to be performed under the AEGIS contract will contain essentially the same scope performed under its predecessor contract, with the addition of both expanded technologies and new scope in technical areas such as Zero Trust network architecture, as well as secure data centers and cloud services, in support of the OCIO and NASA�s current and future secure IT operational compliance.� This procurement is a full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. AEGIS is anticipated to be a hybrid Cost-Plus Award-Fee (CPAF) contract, with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Award Term, and FFP Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Orders (TOs).
