- Amendment 0002 was posted October 16, 2020 to answer additional questions received regarding estimated amounts in price tables. PLEASE NOTE: closing date of October 27, 2020 remains. Amendment 0001 was posted October 5, 2020, to answer questions. A Brand Name Justification and Approval�for the system portion of the requirement is attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number 9531CB20R0035.� Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09 dated August 27, 2020. (iv) no set aside (v - vii) see attachment for items, units, descriptions, and dates/places of delivery. (viii) The provision at�52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and addenda are attached. (ix)�The provision at�52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies, and the specific evaluation criteria are included in the attached documents (x)�Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at�52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause at�52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and addenda are attached. (xii)�The clause at�52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to the acquisition are in the attached documents. (xiii)�See attached documents regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. (xiv)�Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable.
