Description
The Contractor shall furnish labor required to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test subcomponents of the JHSV Interior Voice Communication System (JIVCS), JHSV Remote Surveillance System (JRSS), JHSV Entertainment and Training System (JETS).� These subcomponents are outline as follows: The JRSS System: Five (5ea) Fixed Cameras view are unavailable on Ocularis. There are no switch port activity or PoE, and unable to ping. The Contractor shall perform the following: Furnish equipment outlined in Section 5.0 (Contractor Furnished Equipment) to replace fixed cameras WV-NW502S and/or WV-SW396A identified as CAM 02-8, CAM 02-10, CAM 1-5, CAM M-3 and Bow camera. The Contractor shall first attempt to repair existing cameras.� If camera cannot be repaired, the Contractor shall replace with new hardware outlined in Section 5.0.� Once replaced, the Contractor shall properly configure and test newly installed camera for proper operation.� The JIVCS System is experiencing end point faults as reported on the ICP EPIC endpoint status. Additionally, there are several PA/GA endpoint devices that need to be repaired or replaced. The Contractor shall perform the following: Furnish equipment outlined in Section 5.0 (Contractor Furnished Equipment). Perform firmware upgrade to the JIVCS system. Per Ref 2.1, Contractor shall first attempt to bring device online by troubleshooting. If equipments cannot be repaired, the Contractor shall replace with new hardware outlined in Section 5.0.� Upon completion, test each PA/GA endpoint devices for proper operation.� Upon completion of service repairs, the Contractor shall provide on-site crew training (designated by Ship�s Master) on the JIVCS, and JRSS systems. In addition to work sited above, the Contractor shall perform a comprehensive test and inspection of all functions of the following systems: JHSV Ship Computing Environment (JCSE) JHSV Entertainment & Training System (JETS) JHSV Remote Surveillance System (JRSS) JHSV Interior Voice Communication System (JIVCS) Upon successful systems inspection and testing, the Contractor shall provide a Condition Found Report (CFR) listing any discrepancies found.� Submit a final comprehensive report to the MSC REP to include, but not limited to detailing any system deficiencies, tests, alignments, adjustments, and setting/configuration changes, along with any recommendations for corrective actions/restoral.
