- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information Included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B10621Q00000065 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. North American Industry is 325412. The requirements for this solicitation are for Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes to be ordered on an as-needed basis.� The period of performance for this procurement will be October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021. Delivery is to the Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina 27509. FOB destination.��� Vendors who believe they can meet the requirements may provide a competitive proposal to the Contracting Officer by Thursday, October 15, 2020� at 4:00pm.� Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply products and services that will comply with the requirements and perform satisfactory manner. Item no.0001: Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes Item no. 0002: Isotopes for Pet scan calibration Salient Characteristics: F-18 FDG 1-15 mCi: Fluorodeoxglucose-18, 1-15 mCi, radioactive positron emitter(true chemical form) utilized for Positron Emission imaging. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors commercial items. Acceptance time will be five (5) days from offer date. The following provision apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions; 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference; 852.270-4 Commercial Advertising; 852.271-70 Nondiscrimination in Services Provided Beneficiaries; 52.252-2 Clauses incorporated by reference 52.232-18 Availability of Funds; 52.232-38 Submission of Electronic Funds Transfer Information with offer; 52.233-2 service of Protest; 52.233-4 Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim. Interested parties are required to submit prices, clear and convincing data substantiating their capabilities and qualifications to satisfy this requirement. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price single award contract resulting from this solicitation. All offerors responding to this announcement shall submit an offer along with the information required in 52.212-1 and a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, to Contracting Officer.�� Response may be ��emailed to d11williams@bop.gov on the deadline stated above.
