- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Parts 12 ""Acquisition of Commercial Items"" and 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures"" (SAP) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and solicitation number W9126G21Q0005 is IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 511130 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Contract will be awarded using the best value trade off. Experience, Price and Past Performance will be evaluated. This requirement is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. Quotes are due NLT 06-Nov-2020 11:00pm (CST) and shall be electronically delivered to: United States Army Corps of Engineers- Fort Worth District Primary Point of Contact: Shayla Lucas (Contract Specialist) �Email Address: shayla.j.lucas@usace.army.mil ��� PH: 817-886-1188 Secondary Point Of Contact: Alice Austin (Contracting Officer)��Email Address: Alice.M.Austin@usace.army.mil PH: 817-886-1267 Submitted Quotes shall be valid for 90 days. Delivery will be 195 Days after Contract Award. Services shall be performed IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractors are also asked to have and show experience in publishing historical documentation and conducting interviews. Experience shall be current and within the last 6 years. All work performed on this action (interviews, photos etc.) will be in Fort Worth, Texas. IAW FAR 52.204-7 �System for Award Management�, the offeror shall be registered in SAM in order to be eligible for contract award. If the offeror has an active registration in SAM, they are required to complete FAR Clause 52.212-3 �Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items� and submit with their quote. They must simply provide a statement confirming registration in SAM. Quotes� from offeror�s not registered in SAM will not be considered. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
