- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price blanket order agreement (BOA) to provide engineering and technical services required for hardware and software design, development, fabrication, test, and repair of Woodward Inc. equipment used on propulsion gas turbines, SSGTGs and electrical power systems equipment.� The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to�29�October 2020 will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed blanket ordering agreement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be�considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
