The contractor shall ensure all work accomplished maintains and presents a healthy, clean, neat, and professional appearance to all grounds included and covered by this contract in support of mission requirements. The contractor proposal must demonstrate the ability to perform grounds maintenance/landscaping for over 170,000 acres per year total. Landscaping is performed in improved, semi-improved, and unimproved areas. See PWS and Technical Exhibits 1 and 2 for details.
