- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg FL 33701. � The Government will award a firm fixed contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous (Best Value) to the Government, Best Value. Cost and Past Performance factors will be considered when Selecting the award. It is highly recommended that all interested parties visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will take place at the locations stated on the Statement of Work (SOW). Please contact the following USCG Members to schedule site visit. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The base period is 9 months from January 1, 2021 to SEP 30, 2021 Option year 1 October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022 Option year 2 October 01, 2022 to September 30, 2023 Option year 3 October 01, 2023 to September 30, 2024 Option year 4 October 01, 2024 to September 30, 2025 Submit all Technical and Price Proposals (20 Pages or Less) via Email to Ulric.Waldron@uscg.mil by COB 11/20/2020. Contractor must be registered in SAM before submitting a quote under this solicitation The award will be made to the quote that best demonstrate Best Value A Proposal that addresses all elements of the Statement of Work (SOW).
