- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. TriMissions Vienna will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available.� The contractor shall perform painting services at U.S. Government-owned or -leased properties, for one base year and four option years, if exercised by the Government. Anticipated starting date is January 1, 2021. The Scope of Work includes an estimated number of 80 � 100 apartments per contract year (70% of them during May � September), with an average size of 170 square meters). The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.�� All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM.��� No electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.��
