- The San Francisco VA Medical Center has a requirement for Nicolet Eletromyography (EMG) system. This solicitation will be brand name only, set-aside for small business. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov (if applicable). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer brand name only products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the completed SF1449, Duns Number, VIP Verification (if applicable), Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, license from Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about October 19, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about October 23, 2020, with responses due to Amanda Hildreth at Amanda.hildreth@va.gov.
