No telephone requests will be accepted. This requirement is to establish a 5 Year IDIQ Contract for the manufacturing of the following: NOUN: Indicator, Bearing-D, PRON: D10H0156D1, NSN: 1430-01-686-3957 P/N 13633093-2, Quantity: 20 Min /80 Max each, applicable to the Patriot Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to (W90BTD) SR Headquarters US Army Aviation and Missile, AMCOM Fleet MGT Center (AFMC), Holbrook Road Bldg 722, Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801. This items is restricted to Honeywell International Inc. DBA Honeywell CAGE Code: 026U7, 13350 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL� 33764-7226 because the government does not have Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application.. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Required delivery is 420 Days after Contract Award. This requirement is an other than full and open competitive. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. This item has no procurement history. The associated NAICS Code is 334511. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
