- Statement of Work: Provide and Install 4.5m Fixed Antenna; 693KA8-21-Q-00001.� Set aside for SEDB 8(a) and SDVOSB firms. Statement of experience, capability and interest due 5:00pm ET Friday October 30, 2020 Procure 4.5 meter fixed antenna with: Tripod mount Factory-installed full aperture 208/220V pad-based de-ice system with: Automatic snow/ice sensor Manual override Continuous azimuth and elevation adjustment Operating frequencies: 3.4-4.2GHZ, 5.925-6.425GHz C-Band Linear Co-Pole OMT (TR/RX feed system).� Minimum gain of 43.6dBi receive and 46.7dBi transmit First side lobe level -22dB or better Assemble and install one 4.5 meter antenna at customer location including: �Connection of de-ice heater control unit Alignment of Tx/Rx feed system. Pointing and peaking of antenna to Intelsat 14 Vendor to supply equipment/rental for lifting/moving if required Location of installation is in the Atlanta, GA area. This Statement of Work�does not include: Civil works for antenna pad foundations Cabling Permits Schedule: install in third quarter of 2021. To implement paragraphs (a) (1) (A) and (a) (1) (B) of section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232), this acquisition will�incorporate FAA�Acquisition Management System (AMS) clause 3.6.4-22 (INTERIM) Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) into the purchase order.� In addition, It will include clause 3.6.4-23 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) .� �See Appendix 1.
