Description

Amendment #4 hereby: 1) Extends the response due date 2:00pm CT on 11/04/2020 (See pg. 1, box 13A). 2) Provides clarifications to the Statements of Work for the pre-fab building and antenna rigging (See overviews in SOWs on pg. 10 and 32). 3) Adds a factor to the evaluation criteria to ensure understanding of the requirement (See Specifications and Work Plan on pg. 86). Amendment #3�hereby: Revises the response due date to 10/20/2020 at 2:00pm CT Amendment #2 hereby: Revises the response due date to 09/28/2020 at 2:00pm CT Amendment #1 hereby: 1) Dissolves the small business set-aside and reissues the solicitation for full and open competition 2) Revises the response due date to 09/17/2020 at 12:00pm CT 3)� Revises the period of performance to October 2020 - February 2021 The National Weather Service requires the installation of a concrete pad;�purchase, delivery, and installation of a pre-fab building to house a�transmitter and generator; and the installation a new antenna and rigging of heliax cable to the tower at the new NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) location in Clarksburg, WV.
