- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to Tucson CMOP to replenish stock. NDC #/UPC CMOP Item # DESCRIPTION PKG QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 43169-0704-05 XJ430 GLUCOSE SENSOR (3) GUARDIAN MMT-7020A 5/BX 1,707 BX The Product Code is 6515; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325413. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation package 36C77021Q0062 shall be posted on beta.sam.gov on or about October 20, 2020, and will close on October 22, 2020 (2 PM CST) these dates are subject to change.
