Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District (SPK), is soliciting firm-fixed price Invitations for Bids for Design-Bid-Build construction services to be performed at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposition warehouse #22 in Tracy, California (TCY). This requirement includes repair and alteration of the warehouse, office infrastructure, utilities, and�equipment installation required to support DLA disposition services. Please see the uploaded solicitation and attachments for specific information about the requirement. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are available for inspection without charge when accessed through the GPE or when requested and delivered by electronic mail and/or data interchange. In accordance with FAR 36.204(g), the magnitude of construction for this requirement is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The ONLY Interested Vendors / Plan Holders / Bidders List is available through beta.SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and contacting other interested vendors. USACE-SPK will not review capabilities statements submitted in response to this Solicitation or coordinate partnering arrangements between parties. Contractors should check beta.SAM.gov frequently for changes to the interested vendors list and this notice. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROJECT AND/OR THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT ACTION MAY BE CHANGED, DELAYED, OR CANCELED AT ANY TIME. - - - - - - - - - - - - -� Amendment 0001 updates Instructions to Bidders, extends the bid opening date, and revises plans and specifications.� - - - - - - - - - - - - -� Amendment 0002�extends the bid opening date to 10 AM, 20 October 2020.
