- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item(s) listed below for delivery to Tucson CMOP to replenish stock. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the quote via email to: renee.kreutzer@va.gov.
