- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground � Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities and Development Command (CCDC), Biomechanics Team intends to procure on a sole source basis under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Qualisy Mocap System. Qualisys North America, Inc. is the only known source that manufactures the Qualisys Mocap System and it is proprietary to Qualisys North America, Inc. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be issued. This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310.
