- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing floor mat services located at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria VA Health Care System, 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, La. 71360. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 812332, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Mil. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
