Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama intends to award a sole source contract to the Montgomery Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board at 22 Bibb Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36102-1631 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�, under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The requirement is for Water and Sewer services for Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, and other Maxwell Air Force Base outlying areas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. If a firm believes that it could fulfill this requirement, then it should submit a capability statement as well as pricing information for this requirement by 12:00 PM CST on�12 November�2020 via email to the contracting specialist and contracting officer identified in this notice. A determination by the Government to complete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and shall be otherwise utilized as market research.
