- � GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Stafford City: Virginia Delineated Area: North: Start at corner of Popular Road (616) and Mountain View Road (627) to Joshua Road. Follow Joshua road going east to Garrisonville Road (610). North on Garrisonville Road to Aquia Creak. Follow the creek going East until connects with Rt 1. East: Rt 1 South to Ramoth Church Road (628) South: Ramoth Church Road (628) to Kellogg Mill Road (651) to Poplar Road (616) West: Poplar Road (616) north to Mountain View Road (627) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,600 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous 200 X 15 MBPS Bandwidth 3 Different Enclaves, 1 gig each for speed:� NIPR/SIPR - MCEN SIPR/SIPT - NMCI RDTE Fiber Connectivity/Connections external to facility 20 millisecond roundtrip ping to a notional endpoint in Charleston, SC Symmetric speed, 1 gig both ways, stream and downstream Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than November 11, 2020 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: � Building name and address? � Location of space in the building and date of availability? � Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF? � ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF? � Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space? � Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
