SYNOPSIS NSN: 5845-01-498-3103 Nomenclature: BAFFLE,ACOUSTIC,SON P/N: 1G05217H01 PR: 86690179 This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management do not apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3C. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 31442, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 404 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 4 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date is 19 November 2020 closing on 21 December 2020. �A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
