Description

The Army Contracting Command � Redstone has a requirement for a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for RQ-7Bv2 (Shadow) data communication components sustainment support with L3 Technologies to support Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Management Office (PMO) program requirements for a period of five (5) years, Fiscal Years (FY) 2021 to FY 2025. The data components product for support includes the Universal Ground Data Terminal (UGDT), Mini-C, Mini-T hardware, Portable Ground Data Terminal (PGDT), spares and software This IDIQ contract will replace the current contract, W911QY-19-D-0036. The contract type will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). The anticipated date of award is 15 May 2021. The statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this acquisition is Title 10, United States Code, Section 2304(c) (1), as� implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), � Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. This requirement is sole source to L3 Technologies, 640 N 220 W, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
