This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANMCC21P00000000173-CS and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside with an associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 532490 with a size standard of $35M.
