- Synopsis 13.5 Solicitation Number SPE4A621R0095 The solicitation will be IAW FAR 13.5.� This solicitation contains multiple NSNs. �Request for Proposal SPE4A621R0095, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be November 5, 2020.
