There are no other known sources of supply for this exact part. Salient Characteristics are unknown.� Technical Documents are proprietary and only available through HDT. �HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. has no distributors and only sells direct to the Government. This is a critical component for mission essential equipment. The Government intends to acquire this supply under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000 This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party that can provide this product, without compromising manufacturing delivery, warranty or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities that may be considered by Tobyhanna Army Depot. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Evidence must be provided of the required system while also be authorized by the manufacturer. The capability statement and any other information furnished must be sent via email and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirements.
