Description: The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF)�located in Benicia, California�has a requirement for laboratory services to perform analyses of potable water, vessel bilge water, stormwater runoff, paint waste, solid and liquid Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) and presumed asbestos containing material. Due to time constraints for the samples to be delivered to the lab(s), the lab(s) for the services to be performed must be within 60 miles of the local commuting area of SBRF. Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.
