SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price, contract to provide a Comprehensive Maintenance for Laboratory Equipment located at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. Contractor shall provide all test equipment, parts, standards, labor, supervision, technical manuals, and transportation necessary to perform one preventive maintenance service visit per year and any emergency repair service as required by the United States Government for the following VA owned equipment: LEICA MICROTOME, MODEL RM2255 S/N 11571 LEICA MICROTOME, MODEL RM2255 S/N 11575 MILESTONE TISSUE PROCESSOR, MODEL LOGOS J S/N 162108047 THERMO SCIENTIFIC CRYOSTAT, MODEL HM550 S/N 58870 THERMO SCIENTIFIC CRYOSTAT, MODEL NX70 S/N14020068 VIP6 TEK TISSUE PROCESSORS S/N 60300857 AND S/N 60300858 TISSUE TEK PRISMA AUTOMATED SLIDE STAINER S/N 61300872 COVERSLIPPER S/N 47400800 ARTISAN LINK PRO DAKO S S/N ALP916220 ARTISAN LINK PRO DAKO S S/N ALP916210 CELLIENT CELL BLOCK SYSTEM S/N 04391E19D0 THIN PREP 2000 S/N N0283C19D0 The solicitation package will be available for download on or about November 5, 2020, and proposals shall be 14 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 9:00 a.m. mountain time.
