- Description
- The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1601 Brenner Boulevard in Salisbury, NC 28144 will be soliciting quotes for Automatic Door Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform Automatic Door Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24620Q1061 will be issued on or about October 27, 2020. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The estimated period of performance is December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021 (or contract award date to 1 year from contract award date) as the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 23890 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. The classification code is J056 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Construction and Building Materials. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to be considered an SDVOSB, the vendor MUST be verified in the Vendor Information Pages, https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. All quoters are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
