- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ASIS Replace HVAC System in Visitor Contact Station - National Park Service, Assateague Island National Seashore (ASIS). The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to replace two split system heat pump HVAC units. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible, responsive contractor submitting the lowest technically acceptable price in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation. NAICS CODE: 238220 Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) contractors. Size Standard, $16.5 million. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: November 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM ET. See Section L, Clause 52.236-27, for additional information. You are required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
