Description: Under the Merida Initiative Cooperation Agreement, the INL - Counter-Narcotics and Special Investigations Program (CSI) supports the Mexican Navy (SEMAR) to optimize their fueling capabilities at a Forward Operating Location. In cooperation with the Government of Mexico (GoM), INL is soliciting a Contractor (the Contractor) to provide and install a horizontal Aboveground Storage Tank and Dispensing System (ASTDS), mounted on steel skids. The Contractor must also provide all required materials, labor and services to install the tank.
