- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77621Q0026 Lincoln Pkg 8 Welch Allyn Monitors The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Lincoln, NE., CBOC in Lincoln, NE., has a requirement for Brand Name Welch Allyn monitors as part of the newly constructed CBOC facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% SB concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1).
