- Description
- The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240), intends to award a bridge contract extension with an estimated value of $410,000 to existing GSA Alliant multiple award contract (MAC) order N00039-14-F-0028 with Alliant Across America Information Service (A3IS) of Vista, CA. This procurement will fulfill ongoing development and sustainment efforts for the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) program. The contemplated modification will extend the period of performance end date of 31 December 2020 by a period not to exceed four months to allow for the award of a competitive task order under the NAVWAR Rapid Development and Sustainment (RaPDS) Small Business (SB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and transition of work from the existing Alliant MAC order to the RaPDS MAC order. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responses to this notice of intent should be submitted no later than (15) calendar days from the date of this synopsis to Katherine Holcomb at katherine.holcomb@navy.mil and matthew.fehl1@navy.mil. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 and PSC is D307. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS.
