Notice of intent to award a sole source contract The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with SDVOSB� DecisionPoint Corporation. This is a contract for treaty training logistics support, and treaty� training administrative services required for presentation of treaty or mission?related training� courses, seminars, and meetings, conducted and led by U.S. Government representatives. �Support and� services may be technical, administrative or general support services (facilities, equipment,� materials, etc.). � Training goals are accomplished through the execution of up to 6 annual� training courses. DTRA treaty training objectives are to achieve, with the assistance of contractor� support, �course presentation in COVID compliant facilities suitable for conduct of training by� DTRA course managers, and administrative and logistics support in preparation of course, and course� related materials, completion and dissemination of student course completion certificates, and the� conduct and collection of student course evaluations. (21) Qualification: �Interested SDVOSB offerors must be able to demonstrate at the time of� submission of its proposal that it possesses a facility, or access to a facility, for conduct of� the DTRA Treaty Training classes that falls within the Treaty Training catchment area in SOW� Section 3.2 as well as meeting the facility description characteristics identified in SOW Section� 3.2. This requirement will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract. �The North American Industry� Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611430. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR� COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested SDVOSB parties have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of� publication of this synopsis, to submit in writing, to the identified points of contact below,� clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications as well as their capabilities and through� 1500 EST, 30 November 2020 to both request a copy of the solicitation and to submit a qualified� proposal. �Submissions of �qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose� of determining whether or not this procurement can be conducted on a competitive basis. A� determination by the Government to not conduct this effort as a full-and- open competitive� procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the� Government.
